Wrist Flexors (Flexor Carpi Ulnaris, Flexor Carpi Radialis, Palmaris Longus)
Description
Ease wrist pain and boost flexibility with the Wrist Flexor Stretch. Extend one arm forward, palm up, and gently pull fingers down with your other hand.
Progression
Increase the pull, hold for longer
Feel sensation
Gentle pulling sensation on the inside of the forearm.
