Trying to balance hobby sports and every day live can be quite the challenge. For many years we neglected mobility and flexibility as it was a 'waste of time' and rather spend available free time the time training. But now you feel that your range of motion and posture is not as it should anymore?
Does this sound familiar? Then you are at the right place!
Just like you this was our story so we created Stretching.World to give us and you a tool to quickly find stretching exercises for all skills and sports.
Who
We are a group of hobby athletes from golfing, swimming and running. We have a great mix of ultra marathon to casual Sunday workouts. This combination gives us a unique perspective into what helps at each level you are at. Our team is lead by Nora who is the face of the website and our app.
Mission
We realised how foundational flexibility and mobility is, not just for dedicated athletes, but for everyone – especially those transitioning from a more sedentary lifestyle or looking to support their diverse health goals.
