Description

Improve upper back mobility with foam rolling. Lie on your back, roller under mid-back. Support head, then gently extend over roller for a relieving stretch.

Progression

Increase the extension, hold for longer

Gentle stretching and mobilizing sensation in the upper back.

Arching the lower back, not controlling the movement
