Exterior Shoulder Rotation

Description

Stand in a doorway. Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and place your hand on the door frame. Twist your body away from the arm on the doorway.

Progression

Further twist into the stretch. Try slightly different positions and angles of your arm.

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch on the outside of your shoulder.

Common mistakes

Stretching your shoulder or chest.
