Description
Prepare a bench behind you and put one foot on the bench. Now start moving downwards into a lunge position and focus on your hip flexor.
Progression
Stand further away from the bench. Lean further down and forward into the stretch.
Feel sensation
Gentle stretch of your hip flexor.
Common mistakes
Not keeping a straight back. Not engaging core.
