Quadruped chin tuck is a slightly more advanced version of the standard chin tuck.

In this case, you have to work against gravity and pull your head into a more neutral position.

  • Start the exercise by kneeling and place your hands on the floor.
  • Extend your neck towards the ground.
  • Tuck your chin.
  • Raise your neck to a neutral position keeping the chin tucked in.

It may be difficult to perform this exercise correctly at first. If you`re having trouble, practice the standard chin tuck until you can feel the right muscles activating even by performing the movement in different positions.
