Another variation of the side neck stretch to lengthen and loosen up your front side (anterior scalene) muscles.
- Start with a neutral shoulder position, hands by your side.
- Slightly push your hands down and and tilt your head to the side.
- While bringing your year to the shoulder start to lift your chin (look up) towards the side you are stretching at 45 degree angle.
You should feel this stretch at the front side of your neck.
